Established in 2003, Q4 is Ireland’s largest independent public affairs and public relations firm. A core component of Q4’s work is the development and delivery of strategic plans and activities for public bodies, business, NGO’s and representative organisations at a local, national and EU level. Its corporate and representative work has included a number of international technology companies as well as the representative body for the Irish medtech sector - one of the largest such national medtech industries in the world.

Q4 has significant experience in relation to strategic communications and policy development within the context of the health sector and EU-funded research projects. It will use this expertise within the PROSCOPE consortium to lead the overall communication and dissemination work of the project. This work will include promoting PROSCOPE as aiding the achievement of the EU’s objective to demonstrate leadership in a priority innovation area. In addition, Q4 will lead work on a broad social and economic analysis of the potential impact of PROSCOPE and the qualitative and quantitative impact of PROSCOPE with patients and health professionals.
